SEO & Website Services in Waco & Central Texas
Six specific services. Handled directly.
Each one below is scoped work with defined deliverables — not a bundled retainer where it's unclear what you're actually paying for. Together they run in one order: build the site, host it, optimize it, and report on it.
Four stages, one engagement.
The services above can be bought individually, but most businesses need them in this order — and the reason to buy them from one firm is that each stage assumes the one before it was done properly.
Build
The website itself, planned around the searches your customers actually run and built to load fast on a phone.
Website design & development →Host
Managed hosting, monitoring, backups and security updates, so performance and uptime stay someone’s direct responsibility.
Managed hosting & optimization →Optimize
Technical SEO, local search, structured data and content — the work that turns a good site into a findable one.
Local SEO →Report
Rankings, traffic and conversions tracked continuously and explained in plain language by a person every month.
Reporting & measurement →Which of these you actually need
Most businesses arrive thinking they need one thing and turn out to need another, so it is worth saying plainly which problem each service solves.
If nearby customers are not finding you but your site is fine, that is local SEO — Google Business Profile, citations, reviews and service-area pages. If search engines cannot crawl or index the site properly, no amount of local work will help until that is fixed, and that is technical SEO. If the site itself is slow, dated, or impossible to update without calling someone, it needs a rebuild. If it works but nobody is maintaining it, that is managed hosting. And if you genuinely cannot tell which of those is true, that is what the free audit is for.
What these engagements cost
There is no price list here, and that is a deliberate choice rather than an evasion. A five-page site for a business with no existing search presence and a thirty-page rebuild that has to preserve a decade of accumulated rankings are not the same job, and quoting them at the same number would mean overcharging one and underdelivering for the other.
What you get instead is a scoped price after the free audit, with the plan and the number in front of you at the same time, so you can see what you are paying for before you commit to anything. Project work — a rebuild, a technical fix, a migration — can be bought on its own. Ongoing work is monthly, and you can stop.
Buying one service or all of them
Each of the six is scoped work with defined deliverables and can be bought independently. The reason most engagements combine them is that the seams between vendors are where things break — a developer who does not think about crawlability, an SEO consultant who cannot deploy a change, a host who does not know what the site is supposed to do.
The four stages below are the order they run in when they run together. You are not obliged to buy all of them, and the audit will tell you if you only need one.
